Design and Manufacture of Subsea Octagon Tool Basket

The basket is designed for storing and handling tools used for washing and replacing gaskets during underwater operations. The design and manufacture of both the basket itself and the tool interface are provided by Butler Solutions. The octagonal shape of the basket has been carefully optimized to fit with the vessel's special crane, greatly simplifying handling and on-board loading.
One of the most prominent features is the specially developed locking mechanism on the lid, which is designed to be operated by ROV at depths of up to 1500 meters. This makes operations more efficient and secure.
This project is a great example of how Butler Solutions combines technical expertise with customized design to deliver practical and robust solutions for demanding subsea operations.
